These are quite good speakers and we have received no actual issue submissions for it yet, however a related product has the below issue listed.

 

We have added it here because a high number of  search queries regarding this product and power or controller problems may indicate its users are experiencing a similar issue which has a simple reason and fix.

The console may temporarily show scrambled output if placed too close to the sub-whoofer / bass. Other symptoms are (in a few reported cases) the inability to turn on the speakers via remote or the console. 

The solution is to move the console/controller away from the speakers, turn off and unplug the device completely.
After a short period of time it should revert to its previous functionality.
