- Bloated , cumbersome, intrusive driver software. (this is the single most often complained about item for nearly every printer manufactured)
Possible work around /solution:
You can reset the printer but resetting may also reset the wireless connection.
Try these steps to reset a feature:
- press the "setup" button
- press the down arrow and try to find the resets menu for the feature you wish to reset.
- EG: for Bluetooth when you reach the Bluetooth menu press "OK then press the down arrow again until reset Bluetooth is highlighted, press "OK"
- The same can be done for other features
To reset the device the manual says
- turn off the printer
- unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- wait one minute
- plug the power cord back into the printer
- press the power button to restart the printer
If this fails you may need to turn off your pc as well. ~ Sent via e-mail. Thank you

Avoid this printer
Avoid this noisy printer it's not reliable, and over time expensive because of the inks.
Why can't manufacturers just make a reliable printer that doesn't nag you and has simple drivers without all the crap added.
No I don't want to buy ink from your online retailer, I don't care if the ink is 2 days past its expiration date (for ink ?) and yes I would like to be able to keep printing in black and white when any of the seldom used colours are depleted. FFS.

Had enough
The issues here are generally correct, I had enough and bought a super cheap printer just to replace it out of frustration.

After following the instructions by cycling power, unplugging the printer and cleaning the print head 3 times, i still cannot clear this error. according to the help procedure, the next step is to buy a new print head. the printer is less than a year old and this is their fix?
