- This printer is NOT Mac compatable, at his time there are no drivers available for Macintosh computers. - check with HP to see if the situation has changed before purchase.
- Incompatible with 64-bit Windows Vista - check with HP to see if the situation has changed before purchase
- Slow colour printing
- No LCD display
- Ships with small cartridges
- Fixed resolution
- It has been reported that the Black and White printing process requires colour ink. On depletion of the colour ink cartidge B&W printing doesn't work. - This issue requires futher confirmation. Users have submitted this, however we would like current owners to comment below.
If you have already purchased this and have found that it is not compatible or not supported by your operating system we suggest looking for modified or generic printer drivers.
Advanced users have had success installing the printer on unsupported platforms using generic or modified printer drivers.
