DNLA Stops Working...
The above statement claims "Media sharing either across DLNA compliant devices", is true for the first month (aprox). I Purchased this devise and loaded media into it but after about a month (aprox), my PS3 devices did not find the media share server any longer. I contacted Verbatim about the issue but did not get any answers. It has been 2 months and still no answer by the Verbatim support team.

No File format compatibility info
Which formats does this play? I have yet to find ANY info on this subject. To me this is probably the most important pre-purchase question.

Premium Subscription
The Login page gives you the option to upgrade your subscription. During your 30-day free trial period, all premium
services are available. After the trial period, the Premium subscription will expire and you will no longer have access
to these additional features unless you upgrade your subscription. Subscription reminders are delivered via email
7-days before the trial ends, and then daily reminders when 5 days remain in the trial period. If you choose not to
upgrade, your trial premium subscription will revert to a standard subscription.

The comment that "the media share feature requires an annual subscription" is not correct. Media sharing either across DLNA compliant devices, uploading to Facebook accounts or creating albums and sharing files with friends etc. comes standard when you buy the product.
