- This is not a 'plug and play' appliance. It requires a software install.
- Computer will not recognize a Zune as a Mass Storage device so you can't use it as a computer HDD backup or portable storege.
- Does not have standard settings for audio adjustment - Bass Boost , Equalizer etc
- Video play back only recognizes WMV and MP-4 files which are an ISO standard but not usually used.
- Video playback does not have options of Fit to Screen or Zoom. So, a movie in 16:9 format will be played with black bars under and over the screen.
