- Computer will not recognize it as a Mass Storage device so you can't use it as a computer HDD backup or portable storage.
- No drag-n-drop, you have to use Creatives software
- Most video files require transcoding
- Software Freezes
- Battery is not easily user replaceable

The software for this is buggy and crashes sometimes. This is out of the box , I haven't upgraded the software or firmware yet. It is not the most reliable.
