Overall a good phone, but does have it's flaws.
- QWERTY keyboard is cramped You get used to it fairly quickly unless you have fat fingers
- Battery drains quickly True, like a lot of other smartphones. There are extended batteries available (which however, do make the phone slightly larger). It is also very easy to turn off and on the bluetooth and wifi from the main screen, and this considerably helps battery life.
- No SD card expansion slot (removable memory) Sure would be nice to have one, but the cloud is also a good place to store stuff these days
- No video-recording capabilities Completely FALSE - wasn't originally, but has been added through updates
- No on-screen keyboard There is one available through an open-source patch >>>No Flash support True - but adobe is "working on it"
- No voice control/dialing True
- Possible build Quality issues relating to the screen/dead pixels/component housing (See links below) Search google for the "oreo" problem. Yes, it did seem to be present in the first few revisions, but seems to be (knock on wood) fixed in the latest revisions. This is my third palm pre due to this issue, and it seems to be lasting much better.

Thank you for the input
Thank you for the input, it helps to maintain accuracy. Due to the large number of products listed we will occasionally miss things. This is often the result of a company supplying newer firmware, fixing a pre-existing problem. We need users like yourself to notify us.
So thankyou for this :
"No video-recording capabilities Completely FALSE - wasn't originally, but has been added through updates"
I have ammended the entry to reflect the information within your post that I could verify. Please note the site lists products "as they are presented to the consumer".
Cheers.

My screen became loose so I had to return it. There were also overheating problems. The LCD would become patchy with the heat. Maybe they will get it right on the second revision.
