- Battery life isn't the best
- Software and firmware has shown issues in the past (check for new firmware to find the current state of play)
- Reported that low battery makes the mouse very sloppy/none responsive
- Requires a powered USB port.

I don't know if the review on this site mentions it but many people experienced tracking and skipping issues until they attatched a teflon ring that Razer is now supplying with the mouse.
If you don't have it, request one, it will be sent to you. It makes the mouse perform more reliably. For the price this mouse doesn't really offer much better performance than Microsofts similar hardware which is much cheaper. As usual Razers driver support is patchy, early adopters were beta testers not customers but that is only my opinion take it for what it is worth.
