I believe it's ok
I had the older revision of this keyboard, The only problem I had with it was when I tried to plug too many powered devices into the same usb hub (3-4 powered peripherals) - the screen would go blank.
I know that they updated the software recently to include support for the slideshow feature in Vista for this keyboard and the G19
I heard there is a bug with this keyboard when you have windows slideshow enabled? I was going to get one from eBay but wasn't sure.
