  • If you are running the 64 bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7 there is/was a known issue with the audio and/or microphone cutting out at random times. It has been reported that the issue has been resolved with the latest driver and firmware updates found here. However some users claim the issue is still present after updating (we suggest searching on-line forums for a more definitive answer and ensuring that the USB hub you connect it to is at least a powered USB 2.0 connection.)
  • The mic is permanently attached
  •  It is connected via USB so you can ONLY use it with your computer, no other adapters or connection options are available.
