- Realistically the design is only intended for left handed use.
- The most often submitted complaint with the device is the thumb-stick design, that it is just not comfortable or it is too pointed.
- The thumb-stick has been criticized by a few users as being hard to press. (The button that is activated by pushing the top of the joystick)
- The unit is quite large and if you have small hands some buttons may be hard to reach when using the thumb-stick for movement.
- Some consumers complain that the ergonomic design for the device is bad. Most complaints regarding this refer to the board being too flat or poorly angled, others refer to the placement and angle of the thumb-stick. (this is obviously a very subjective issue)

The stick of the controler is analog but the software at present doesn't treat it as an analog stick. The device is probably the best of its type on the market but this is a minor flaw. Also the stick is too pointed or small at the end to make it truly comfortable. Just my two cents.
